Terms & Conditions

By registering as a sponsor, partner, vendor, or participating business for any event produced by Social and Main, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Operating Entity
Social and Main is operated under In Full Force.

2. Payment Terms
All payments related to Social and Main, including sponsorships, partner fees, vendor fees, and participation costs, are processed through Stripe on behalf of In Full Force. Participation is not confirmed until payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

3. No Refunds / No Cancellations
All payments made by sponsors, partners, vendors, and participating businesses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment has been submitted, there are no refunds, cancellations, credits, or transfers for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, business changes, inability to attend, withdrawal from the event, or weather conditions.

4. Rain or Shine
All Social and Main events take place rain or shine. Weather does not qualify as grounds for cancellation, refund, credit, or transfer.

5. Event Changes
Social and Main reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details including, but not limited to, timing, layout, programming, participating locations, activations, and event flow as needed. These changes do not constitute grounds for a refund, cancellation, credit, or transfer.

6. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of payment and/or participation in a Social and Main event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
